Text-Em-All delivers millions of important messages every day for a variety of organizations, big and small. We help deliver the types of text and voice messages that people want and need, but we do not deliver political, marketing, or promotional messages.

We are adding to our Account Management Team
Our culture makes us unique, but so does the fact that we have been profitable every year while consistently growing -- all without a commission-based sales team.  In fact, we have never had a dedicated salesperson.  We thrive by creating great experiences for our clients.  Our goal is for steady growth and to be a 100-year plus employee-owned private company.

Your role will be as a strategic account manager, revenue grower, and customer advocate.  It’s an exciting and challenging mix of identifying and onboarding high potential clients, managing projects, customer relationship building, and becoming a product expert. To succeed, you’ll need to be an effective communicator/listener with high business acumen, a curious problem solver, and a team player who thrives in our culture.

Here’s where we’ll need you to excel:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries to ensure prospective customers understand product features, the value of our service, and pricing
  • Build, manage, and convert new pipeline opportunities - eventually building your portfolio of key accounts
  • Host effective webinars for groups of all sizes and levels - from C-level executives on down - whether for sales, implementation, or training 
  • Leverage your client relationships to extract useful feedback, then work with our product team to improve our products
  • Utilize knowledge of competitors to help prospects make the best decision for their situation 
  • Build long term fruitful relationships with co-workers, customers, and partners
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve products, processes, and overall customer experience

This position is salary-based and includes many benefits, profit sharing, and our soon-to-be new employee ownership program.  Since we are not commission-based, the whole team celebrates growth in our individual portfolios and the team’s overall portfolio.  If you are looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on others and have a strong desire to work in a purpose-driven organization, we would love to hear from you!  

Salary Range: $55,000 - $93,000 (based on experience)
